1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation (Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code), you have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

be returned within 14 days,
be in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, undamaged),
be accompanied by all its original tags and packaging.

⚠️ The following items cannot be returned:

personalized items,
sale items

3. Return Procedure

To make a return, please contact us beforehand by email at almisri@outlook.fr, indicating:

your order number,
the item(s) you wish to return.

We will provide you with the return address and instructions.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the delivered item is defective or does not match the order.

5. Refunds

Once the returned product has been inspected, we will process the refund:

within 14 days of receipt,
with the same payment method used for the original order.

The initial shipping costs are non-refundable (except in the case of an error on our part or a defective item).
