1. Delivery Areas

We ship our products from France to Germany and Holland.

2. Processing and Shipping Times

Orders are prepared and shipped within 48 business hours of payment confirmation.

A confirmation email containing the tracking number is sent as soon as the order is shipped.

3. Delivery Time

Delivery times depend on the chosen carrier and the destination:

France: generally [3 to 5 business days]
European Union: generally [5 to 10 business days]
Outside the EU: generally [7 to 15 business days]

These times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier or in cases of force majeure (strikes, customs, weather conditions, etc.).

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically when placing your order based on the package weight, the chosen carrier, and the destination.

5. Order Tracking

Each shipped order includes a tracking number, which will be sent to you by email. You can track your package directly on the carrier's website.

6. Delivery Delays and Issues

In the event of an unusual delivery delay, please contact the carrier with your tracking number and then report the issue to us at almisri@outlook.fr.

We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please notify the carrier immediately and contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
